About

Chad is a Director at the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. As part of the Industrial Capital Markets practice for Southern California, he specializes in industrial investment sales, joint venture/equity, and industrial re-capitalization for institutional and corporate clients as well as private owners of real estate. Over the course of his career, Chad has been involved with the sales of over 5 million square feet of property, representing a value more than $1 billion. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Solomon was a real estate analyst at HFF, where he assisted with the sale and financing of over $1 billion of industrial and office properties across Southern California. In this role, he led the financial modeling, underwriting, due diligence, and marketing materials preparation. Chad graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Finance and minors in Real Estate and Economics. He currently lives in West Los Angeles.
