About

Mr. Orcutt joined Jones Lang LaSalle in Philadelphia, where he is a member of the Real Estate Investment Banking Group within the Capital Markets team.  Mr. Orcutt raises debt and equity for property owners, helping raise capital for new acquisitions and the refinancing/recapitalization of assets. Mr. Orcutt has over 11 years of commercial real estate experience, having served as a lender and head portfolio manager of a CRE CDO that invested over $1.7 billion of equity.  Mr. Orcutt has experience in all components of the capital stack, having invested in preferred equity, mezzanine loans, b-notes, and whole loans. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2015, Chad was a Director of Canopy Investment Advisors, a spin-off of the levered finance group that was formerly part of CenterSquare Investment Management and Capmark Investments.  He began his career as a financial analyst and underwriter with Bank of America.
