Chad has been in real estate since 1995. As Executive Vice President of Morrow Hill, Chad brings a wealth of knowledge of office and industrial product needs across the country. Chad got his first opportunity in commercial real estate working for start up of The John Bowles Company in the mid 1990’s where he flourished leasing several buildings in the Dallas / Ft. Worth Metroplex for Landlords. After a few years, Chad wanted to broaden his horizons on the national real estate front and joined Mohr Partners and worked accounts for companies nationally such as HealthSouth, Acxiom, Dataquick and TMC. Chad demonstrates a high level of experience which has enabled him to maintain the greatest of standards in representing his clients.
