As a Vice President at JLL Portland’s Tenant Representation team, Cayla has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. Cayla specializes in integrated tenant representation services for local and national clients, and has exclusively represented tenants in the Portland metro for the last 8 years. Taking a strategic advisory approach, she helps clients form real estate strategies that fit current and future business needs. Her strengths are in strategic facility planning, headquarters transactions, growth and contraction strategies, and portfolio needs. Prior to joining JLL, Cayla worked at Cresa Portland where she was an Advisor in the transaction management group, and worked at a commercial real estate firm in the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in full-service advisory.
