Casey is a managing director in the Austin office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 13 years of experience in commercial real estate. He focuses on debt and equity placement transactions for a broad range of asset types. Throughout his career, Casey has completed the capitalization of a broad range of properties, including multi-housing, office, industrial, retail, hotels, self-storage and land, which have included permanent financings, bridge financing, joint-ventures, mezzanine debt and construction financing totaling more than $2.7 billion. Additionally, he has completed nearly $400 million in investment advisory transactions.

Casey started at HFF’s Austin office in March 2011. Before that, he was a vice president at a commercial real estate private equity firm headquartered in Austin, Texas, and was responsible for structuring equity and debt ventures. Prior to that, Casey was an analyst in the Dallas office of HFF. He earned his bachelor’s in economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
