Casey Rosen co-leads CBRE’s National Retail Partners Florida Team with his partner Dennis Carson. Mr. Rosen is a member of CBRE’s Institutional Group and is among the top retail property investment sales professionals nationally. Mr. Rosen joined CBRE in 2007 with its acquisition of Blackrock Retail Property Advisors - a shopping center investment sale boutique that he co-owned and co-founded with Dennis Carson in 1996. Rosen and Carson moved to Florida in 1993 to create an investment business unit within The Brandon Company then its successor Trammell Crow Company. Mr. Rosen began his career in the commercial real estate finance group at Chemical Bank in New York City where he was involved in the sale of bank-owned real estate, real estate investment banking, loan restructuring, and appraisal. He completed Chemical Bank’s credit training program, has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, and graduated from the Bronx High School of Science.
