About
Carter T. Crow is a well-regarded industry veteran and brings over 19 years of real estate experience to Younger Partners where is a Principal. Carter specializes in industrial and land investment sales, development and build-to-suits, industrial project leasing and tenant representation. Prior to joining Younger Partners, Carter spent 12 years with Billingsley Company as Senior Vice President where he oversaw 4.2 million square feet of industrial properties and assisted with five build-to-suit projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Prior to Billingsley Company, Carter spent two years with Holt Lunsford Commercial leasing their industrial portfolio. Carter quickly achieved a high level of success by being recognized in the Dallas Business Journal’s “Real Estate Rookie of the Year” category. In the same year, Carter also scored the second largest deal of “Industrial Deals Closed”. Carter has also been named to the Commercial Real Estate “Heavy Hitters” list for 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2010.
