Carson Hawley joined CBRE in 2023 and is responsible for tenant representation, landlord representation and land brokerage in Central Texas. Carson has gained significant expertise in retail, having spent nearly 10 years focusing on project leasing in Central Texas. Carson currently oversees marketing efforts for a million square feet of shopping centers, ranging from regional power centers, mixed use developments and neighborhood strip retail. He is known for his strong analytical, negotiating and project management skills, having delivered exceptional results for both local and national clients. Prior to joining our team, Carson was with SRS Real Estate Partners since 2013.
