Carrie Frye is Executive Vice President and Market Leader for the Chicagoland area. In her role, Carrie is responsible for supporting day-to-day business for brokerage services and driving strategy, culture and growth across all business, and service lines in the Chicago offices, including tenant and landlord brokerage, global corporate services, capital markets, valuation and advisory, and project and property management. With a focus on growth, collaboration and client advocacy, Carrie strategically furthers the goals and objectives of the Chicagoland area offices in alignment with Newmark’s national initiatives and direction.
Prior to joining Newmark, Carrie spent 16 years at CBRE in a variety of positions. Most recently, as Managing Director, she was responsible for new business development for Fortune 500 multi-market clients headquartered in the Midwest and the Southeast. Throughout her career, Carrie has completed over 200 transactions around the globe, totaling 2.5 million square feet in consideration of $750 million.
