Caroline King has been a commercial real estate broker with CBRE in Austin since 2017, specializing in office tenant representations. In this role, she advises companies on their growth strategies, navigates complex real estate scenarios, and advocates for her client’s unique needs through lease negotiations. She makes it a priority to create transactions that align with the client’s functional, operational and fiscal goals within their real estate needs. She focuses on both Austin’s growing startup community as well as established companies choosing Austin as their new home. Caroline is extremely passionate about travel, having visited over 35 countries so far. In Austin, she is also involved with the local chapters of the Junior League, Texas Exes, as well as contributing volunteer time to Austin Pets Alive. In the office, she also is heavily involved with CBRE Cares and co-chairs the local chapter of the Rising Professionals Organization.
