Carmen Bauman joined RMF’s Investment Sales Division in 2022. Carmen has a background in both law and real estate. in 2016, she founded her own residential firm, Green Grass Real Estate. Carmen currently serves as President of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors for 2024, representing the interests of commercial and residential property owners throughout Manhattan, The Bronx, Westchester, Rockland, Orange and Putnam Counties. Before Green Grass, Carmen was an attorney who concentrated her practice in real estate and civil litigation. With her diverse background, Carmen’s legal skills are a huge benefit to RMF clients, particularly in the often-daunting negotiation stages of the selling process. Her understanding of real estate nuances and the sometimes litigation issues related to underlying concerns allows for smoother transactions with a trusted and experienced advisor who is comfortable working closely with real estate attorneys. Carmen received her law degree from New York Law School and her B.A. from St. John’s University. She is a resident of New Rochelle where she lives with her two children and Bernese Mountain dog named Peaches.
