Mr. Pittman is a Vice President in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Capital Markets group and a member of the National Retail Capital Markets Team, with approximately 12 years of institutional real estate and investment banking experience. Throughout his career he has contributed to the origination and successful execution of over $1.3 billion of retail, office and multi-family investment sales transactions, financings and advisory assignments and in excess of $5.0 billion of MBS whole loan purchases, private label issuances and corporate securitizations.
Career Summary
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Pittman held positions at Rockwood Real Estate Advisors, Cabot Investment Properties, UBS and Credit Suisse. During his time at Rockwood Real Estate Advisors, Mr. Pittman worked with senior management on the firm’s national retail platform and was responsible for the successful execution of more than 13 million square feet of retail transactions and 10 regional malls in 2013 alone.
