Calvin Gunn is with Lee & Associates’ Industrial Services Group focusing on industrial tenant representation and property sales & leasing. Calvin’s high level of interpersonal communication and matured work ethic allows him to consistently develop on-going, long-term relationships and projects with current and new clients. CAREER SUMMARY Prior to joining Lee & Associates in 2019, Calvin served at Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate as an Associate Broker; his main focus included advising clients when developing real estate investment strategies that met their business objectives, involving leasing, acquisitions, and disposition of industrial properties. Calvin now works alongside Chris Nelson and focuses his time in the O’Hare Industrial market and the western suburbs. EDUCATION / AFFILIATIONS Calvin graduated from Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Illinois, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Finance.
