Since joining CBRE, I’ve had the opportunity to learn about a variety of incredible businesses and work alongside them to help develop the right strategies to achieve their short- and long-term goals. My primary role is advising occupier and agency clients in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial facilities throughout North America. Additional responsibilities include new business development, financial modeling of proposed purchase/lease transactions and managing multi-market occupier relationships. Upon joining CBRE in 2012, I partnered with Matt Mulvihill and Kevin Segerson and since then our team has consistently been a recognized market leader completing over 1100 transactions valued at over $3 billion in consideration and totaling over 60 million square feet.
