C.J. Kelly is a Managing Director in JLL’s Capital Markets Debt & Equity Advisory group, where he counsels clients on their capital needs and arranges debt and equity investments. Mr. Kelly joined JLL Capital Markets in 2023 and looks forward to helping his clients navigate the complexities of CRE capital markets. Beyond transactional advisory work, Mr. Kelly’s business focuses on providing full service, white glove advisory work to a select group of clients. Prior to JLL, Mr. Kelly headed CBRE Capital Markets' DSF Institutional Group for Office properties in the Southeast and worked closely with multiple investment sales teams throughout the region and beyond.
