Buck Poderski began his career in commercial real estate during college in 2018 when he started as an intern analyst at AmveStar Capital, a private equity real estate firm in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. He focused on assisting in the underwriting and refinancing of A and B class multifamily as well as the sale of a 1,000+ unit portfolio totaling $165 million all within the Jacksonville, FL market. Towards the end of college, Buck led an equity sourcing effort for the construction of a luxury beachfront condominium tower. Leveraging his contacts and prior experience, Buck successfully raised $38 million from several top development firms.
After graduating college, Buck studied the national multifamily market and saw that DFW led the market for Multifamily sales in 2020 and seemed to have the strongest tailwinds for that trend to continue. Buck moved to Dallas and joined the Workforce Housing team at GREA. Since then, he has successfully worked on the sale of over $270 million of B and C class multifamily in Texas.
