About
Bryan joined Hilco Real Estate with over thirteen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. At Hilco, Bryan specializes in lease repositioning, renewal and disposition services and has worked with such valued clients as Starbucks, Roti Mediterranean, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Town Sports International, Rite Aid, and many others.
Prior to joining Hilco, Bryan was Vice President at Mid-America Real Estate – Michigan, Inc. At Mid-America, Bryan worked as a commercial real estate broker, representing both landlords and tenants on real estate transactions, including leasing, sales, investment sales, development and lease review. Before his time as a commercial real estate broker, Bryan was the founder and Chief Operating Officer of Progressive Exchange Services, Inc., a Qualified Intermediary for 1031 Exchanges, and a practicing attorney for the firm of Steven H. Schwartz & Associates, P.L.C.
Bryan received his Juris Doctor from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University, Eli Broad College of Business. Bryan is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
