Bryan Schellinger joined NorthMarq in 2020 as Managing Director - Investment Sales to help expand the firm’s multifamily platform in Los Angeles. He is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 10 years of experience, who has closed in excess of $1 billion in transaction volume to date.
As a disciplined investment advisor, Bryan uses his extensive market knowledge to help his clients make well-informed acquisition and disposition decisions and his transactional experience includes core, boutique luxury, value-add and land development sites in both urban infill and secondary markets throughout Los Angeles County. Given his extensive experience and commitment to the business, he was recognized by the Real Estate Forum as an Emerging Leader in the multifamily industry.
Prior to joining NorthMarq, he was First Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap and was as key team member on one of the top performing teams in the country; he has also held positions at NKF Capital Markets (formerly Apartment Realty Advisors) and Madison Partners.
