Bryan serves as a Vice President at L&L Holding Company, dedicated to the repositioning of Terminal Stores. His responsibilities include consultant coordination and project analysis, as well as budgeting and tracking financials. Throughout the project lifecycle, he consults with contractors, architects, engineers, and expeditors to ensure that all aspects of the job are completed appropriately. Prior to joining L&L, Bryan worked as an Associate Project Manager for OC Development Management. In this position, he worked on renovation and redevelopment projects that included overbuilds in historic districts as well as updates to tenant and amenity spaces, storefront, elevators and lobbies. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Bryan is also a certified Emergency Medical Technician and volunteers with his local ambulance corps.
