Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Frazier served as managing director at CWCapital LLC, where he was responsible for the growth and development of the Agency Lending Platform on the West Coast. Previously, Mr. Frazier co-founded Sierra Capital Partners, a California-based mortgage banking company specializing in Agency market-rate and tax-exempt financing of apartment properties.
