Bryan specializes in retail shopping center project leasing, tenant representation and general brokerage. He represents a variety of properties from small unanchored strip centers for individual owners to multi-anchor power centers for institutional landlords. Signature projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area include Gateway Station in Burleson, Rockwall Crossing, Mansfield Town Center and Weatherford Marketplace. Bryan has also represented many local, region and national tenants on the corporate and franchisee level on the expansion of their real estate strategy. He enjoys working with first-time business owners and guiding them through the lease process. Bryan’s clients appreciate his responsiveness and attention to detail and benefit from his negotiating skills and 30+ years of real estate and business experience.
