Bryan is an Partner at Industry Partners. He specializes in representing tenants and landlords in the leasing and sale of office space in Los Angeles. Bryan attended The Master’s College on a full ride baseball scholarship and, upon graduation, was invited to spring training with the Colorado Rockies. Unable to continue his baseball career due to an injury, Mr. Carnes turned his attention to commercial real estate where he has applied his competitive spirit to the art of deal making. Before joining Industry Partners, Bryan was an associate at Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc, where he assisted tenants in identifying new locations, assessing their office space needs and negotiating favorable lease terms, and he has represented landlords in developing and executing lease-up strategies and prospecting and recruiting new tenants. His diligence at canvassing prospective tenants and researching competitive assets has generated numerous leads and options for clients and assists to successfully close transactions.
