About

Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR, has been a partner with the firm since 1996. He entered the commercial real estate business in 1977 and has completed transactions consisting of sales, leasing and consulting services for the Connecticut business community in excess of $350 million. In 1984 he was named Senior Marketing Consultant for a national real estate firm. From 1989 to 1993 he was Director of Marketing for a major Fairfield County development company, responsible for the leasing of over 350,000 square feet of industrial and technical space. Bruce attended Graham Junior College in Boston majoring in business. He received his SIOR designation on 1988, and was elected President of the Connecticut chapter in October of 2012.
