About

Bruce A. Percelay has established himself as both a respected figure in the real estate industry, as well as a prominent nonprofit leader in Massachusetts. Percelay began his career in the world of marketing where he served as an account executive at the advertising agency, HBM/Creamer. There, he was involved in the marketing of Parker Brothers Games, Keds Sneakers, Converse Athletic Shoes and personally developed the concept for Sunkist Orange Soda. Percelay then segued into real estate and joined the firm of Leggat Mccall as Director of Marketing having worked on Copley Place, 53 State Street, and some of Boston’s largest developments. Percelay combined his in-depth knowledge of marketing and real estate to formulate a book called Packaging Your Home for Profit which became the basis for “staging” homes for sale and made the list of the top-selling business books in Boston. After a national media tour for his book, Bruce established the Mount Vernon Company in 1985 which would apply his marketing-driven approach to residential and multi-family properties.
