Brooks Brown has over 24 years of commercial real estate leasing experience. He and Amy Boswer both started together at Spaulding & Slye in 1999, which was acquired by JLL. Prior to rejoining JLL in 2019, Mr. Brown was a key member of Tishman Speyer’s leasing team in Northern Virginia and most recently downtown Boston, MA where he served as Managing Director of Leasing for Tishman’s Speyer’s 3.5-million-square-foot portfolio. Mr. Brown’s diverse background across multiple markets and various areas of the industry (leasing, asset management, underwriting, and acquisitions) allows him to provide a unique perspective in advising his clients and he has been part of many complex and complicated transactions.
