Brooke Sutherland provides financial analysis, lease structure and market research for Transwesterns Agency Leasing Team. She performs all leasing aspects including strategic planning, marketing plans, prospecting, touring, site analysis and developing relationships serving local clients. She assists with new business development opportunities, specializing in Medical/Office and Healthcare. Prior to working at Transwestern, Brooke started pursing her career in the CRE industry in May 2017 in a leasing associate role for a REIT called Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. “HTA”. She was responsible for all leasing and marketing efforts for new and existing business totaling approx. 2.2 Million SF of Medical/Office buildings in the DFW and El Paso, TX markets. In January 2019, Brooke was then was offered an opportunity to relocate to the HTA headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ to manage all leasing for the California portfolio, primarily specializing in the Orange County and Greater Los Angeles area (550K+ SF).
