About

Mr. Emmetsberger is a Senior Managing Director at B6 Real Estate Advisors where he oversees investment sales in the Chelsea and Greenwich Village territory. Prior to joining B6 Mr. Emmetsberger was a Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group of Jones Lang LaSalle, where he focused on investment sales in downtown Manhattan. He is actively marketing properties on an exclusive basis to prospective investors and working closely with owners to successfully close transactions. Since 2004, he has been involved in more than $1,700,000,000 worth of property transactions in New York City (160 properties sold). Previously, Mr. Emmetsberger was First Vice President of Sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield on December 31, 2014. On an annual basis, he regularly participates in 20% of all commercial property sales transactions in Chelsea and has set records repeatedly for multifamily and land pricing in the neighborhood.
