Britton Lankford is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in brokerage, retail development, and office development across Texas, Oklahoma, and North Carolina. At Bright Realty, he served as Development Manager and previously as Senior Vice President of Commercial Brokerage, where he drove major retail and office initiatives within the Castle Hills master planned community and led leasing and sales efforts for Bright Family owned assets. His work included overseeing large scale development projects, collaborating with municipalities, structuring financial models, and managing complex land transactions for national brands such as RaceTrac, WingStop, and Anytime Fitness. Before joining Bright Realty, Britton held roles at Century 21 Commercial – Judge Fite Co. and Cross Development, LLC, where he advanced national retail leasing and development programs, including shadow anchored Walmart projects. He brings strong industry relationships and a proven track record of expanding commercial portfolios.
