Britt Raymond joined SRS in 2017 with eight years of commercial real estate experience specializing in net lease and anchored shopping center investment sales. She has established herself as a leader in the market through her expertise in the economic factors that cause shifts in the retail industry. She focuses on advising investors during ground up development, asset repositioning, lease negotiation and 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. She has closed over $230 million in commercial real estate transactions and currently represents more than $80 million in assets. Britt has also been recognized in the New York Real Estate Journal Women in Real Estate Spotlight and as a Rising Star in her previous position for her growth in sales volume, leadership, and client service.
