Brice Shafer is a Senior Analyst in the Debt & Structured Finance group at RIPCO Real Estate, where he focuses on analysis, due-diligence, and execution of the team’s debt, equity, and structured finance transactions. Brice and his team specialize in arranging construction, bridge, and permanent financing nationally, with a focus on 8 and 9 figure deals. Prior to joining RIPCO, Brice was an investment sales broker at Matthews Real Estate. He specialized in the advisory and disposition of private and institutional investments for Matthews™, focusing on shopping center investment sales in the South East. Leveraging his experience and understanding for the real estate market, he worked with an extensive network of clients ranging from private investors to institutional clients, publicly-traded REITs, and developers.
