Brian serves as Vice President of JLL’s Orange County office with the Industrial Group, specializing in agency leasing, tenant representation, acquisitions, dispositions, and land development. He also focuses on client advisory, new business development, financial analysis, lease and contract negotiation. Brian currently acts as a co-listing broker for 4 million square feet of multi-tenant industrial business park space across the Los Angeles and Orange County Industrial Markets. Experience: Since joining JLL’s Industrial team in February 2020, Brian has been involved in over 115 transactions with a combine value of $280 Million totaling 3.6 million square feet. During his professional career, Brian has previously held roles as a Senior Program Manager and Environmental Reporting Advisor for Cushman & Wakefield. He began his real estate career in 2017 with C&W as an Environmental Reporting Advisor in Melbourne, Australia. In 2018, he began performing program management and portfolio analysis for AECOM’s 10 million square feet global portfolio.
