Brian is a Managing Director in the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and is part of the national self storage team. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of self storage assets nationwide. He has been directly involved in more than $2.0 billion of self storage property transactions throughout his career, including the development, operation and management. Prior to joining JLL, Brian was an acquisitions manager at Public Storage, a publicly-traded REIT Prior to that, he served as a senior associate for Marcus & Millichap. He was directly involved in more than $100 million of single and multi-tenant retail property sales throughout the country.
