Brian Pinch joined Newmark in 2017 and serves as Managing Director for the Industrial Brokerage & Capital Markets Team based in Boston. Mr. Pinch brings 9 years of real estate experience specializing in industrial and R&D leasing and sales where he has executed in excess of 70 million square feet of transactions.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Pinch spent 5 years at Jones Lang LaSalle working on their Industrial Team in Boston. Mr. Pinch began his career at Covidien selling medical devices where he consistently was recognized as a top performer and President’s club winner.
