Brian Pfohl is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Net Lease Property and Corporate Capital Markets practice groups. Mr. Pfohl’s singular focus is to advise corporate users, institutions, private equity firms, REITs, developers, and private individuals regarding all facets of net-leased properties. Mr. Pfohl’s expertise stems from the myriad of sale-leaseback transactions, net lease investment sales, programmatic portfolio dispositions, and advisement assignments he has completed throughout his career.
Along with his partners Chris Bosworth and Will Pike, Mr. Pfohl is directly responsible for executing the team’s disposition and advisory assignments and plays an integral role in both new business and strategy development. He also plays an active role in all aspects of the groups’ property valuation, underwriting, financial analysis and market research efforts. Throughout his career, Mr. Pfohl has been actively involved in the execution of more than 1,000 transactions worth in excess of $8 billion.
