Brian Pafford is an Executive Vice President and Managing Partner for Bradford Realty Services in Dallas. Brian is responsible for marketing activities in the Stemmons I-35 Corridor, including marketing and leasing Bradford’s Northwest Dallas Corridor industrial/flex portfolio, new business development, tenant representation, investments and real estate brokerage.
Brian has over twenty (20) years of commercial real estate experience in the Dallas Market and completes more than 60 transactions per year. Brian has completed transactions with such companies as: BSN Sports, Clampitt Paper Company, Cort Furniture, Encore Floral, Deli Express, Ingersoll Rand, Lockheed Martin, Marcus Cable, Ram Tool, Rudolph Foods Company, Taylor Publishing Company, The Glidden Company and Solar Turbines. Mr. Pafford has also worked with institutional owners such as: Americo, Cohen, Heitman, DCT Industrial, GE, American National Insurance and PS Business Parks.
