Brian Moulder, managing director, joined Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales in December, 2016 and covers Central Florida. Mr. Moulder is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and capital raise for multifamily assets in Florida and the surrounding region.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop in 2016, Mr. Moulder worked at CBRE, where he began his commercial real estate career in 2003. During his time at CBRE, he served as executive vice president of the Jacksonville multifamily team and was one of the top producing sales brokers across the state of Florida. Throughout his career, Mr. Moulder has assisted with the marketing and disposition of over $7 billion in multifamily assets and land for multifamily development. Mr. Moulder was accepted into the Colbert Coldwell Circle, which is honored to CBRE’s top 100 extraordinary performers.
Mr. Moulder has been recognized with the CoStar Power Broker Award each year since 2006. He is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia and South Carolina.
