Brian Mooney joined NorthMarq in 2020 as Vice President - Investment Sales in Denver, bringing more than 12 years of investment advisory and commercial appraisal experience. Prior to NorthMarq, Brian held positions as Director at JLL Capital Markets and Senior Associate at Moran & Company where he assisted in the sales and recapitalizations of more than $2.5 billion of multifamily assets since 2016. Previously, Brian was a senior commercial real estate appraiser with seven years of experience specializing in valuation services of investment-grade commercial and multifamily assets throughout Colorado.
With extensive experience in investment advisory and CRE valuation, Brian has a unique and highly analytical skill set complementing NorthMarq’s dynamic investment sales platform.
