Brian Malliet is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of BKM Capital Partners. In his role as CEO & CIO and as a leader on BKM’s Investment Committee, Malliet has been integral in the firm’s strategic direction and development, nearly doubling BKM’s size annually and creating a robust operator platform spanning 12 regional US markets under his guidance. Malliet has more than 35 years of commercial real estate and investment experience with expertise in small and mid-bay light industrial, having acquired over 120 light industrial and multi-use logistics assets in the Western U.S. valued at approximately $3.6 billion, and has facilitated more than 150 million square feet of real estate transactions over his career. Previously held positions as Co-Owner and Chief Investment and Operations Officer at Voit Real Estate, Founder of BKM Development Company and VP of Development and Acquisitions at VRES.
