About
A native of Austin, Texas, Brian joined Cushman & Wakefield through the acquisition of Peloton Commercial Real Estate. He co-founded the Austin office of Peloton in 2013, alongside Matt Frizzell and Kevin Granger. With nearly 20 years’ experience, Brian’s primary focus is office leasing. He also has a hand in all aspects of the industry including development, tenant representation and acquisition/disposition services. Over the past decade he has been involved with the acquisition/disposition of over 2 million square feet of office and industrial space.
Throughout his career, Brian has held positions as a Vice President with Stream Realty Partners, the Director of Leasing with Live Oak-Gottesman and a Vice President and department head with Trammell Crow Company. Consistently a top producer in the industry, Brian has been honored numerous times by the Austin Business Journal and others throughout his career.
