Brian Kochan serves as an executive managing director with Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance group in the Bethesda office. Mr. Kochan structures loans under various programs, including conventional housing, student housing, affordable housing and credit facilities. With more than 20 years of real estate lending experience, Mr. Kochan has originated more than $5 billion in multifamily loans throughout the nation, primarily through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending programs. He joined the company’s predecessor firm in 2001.
