Brian Hosey is the vice president and district manager for Marcus & Millichap’s Mid-Atlantic division. Based in Bethesda, Maryland, Mr. Hosey oversees the firm’s offices from New Jersey through Northern Virginia. Brian Hosey joined Marcus & Millichap in 2010 as an agent specializing in investment sales in Manhattan. He quickly gained success as an investment professional, achieving the firm’s Sales Recognition Award in 2012. In February 2013, Mr. Hosey was promoted to the management team as Sales Manager of the Manhattan office, supervising 60 agents and supporting day-to-day operations. In April 2014 he was promoted to Regional Manager of the company’s New Jersey office. Mr. Hosey graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University with dual Bachelor’s degrees in business and communications.
