Brian Ezratty joined Newmark in 2018 to launch the company’s Private Client Group. Mr. Ezratty leads the group as a vice chairman from Newmark’s New York headquarters, with a focus on cultivating new client relationships and generating new opportunities for Newmark. He plans to further expand the company’s capital markets platform in New York City.
Prior to Newmark, Mr. Ezratty served as vice chairman of Eastern Consolidated, which had been one of New York City area’s largest investment sales brokerage firms until it closed in July 2018. Mr. Ezratty began his real estate career at Eastern Consolidated in 1985. Since then, he has arranged the sale of more than $14 billion worth of commercial real estate in every neighborhood in Manhattan.
