About
Brian Decillis joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018. Based in Cushman & Wakefield’s Morristown office and working in partnership with industry-recognized veterans Robert Donnelly Sr. and Rob Donnelly, Jr., Brian will focus on agency leasing, tenant representation and multimarket account work. He offers more than 15 years of office leasing and real estate experience and has held senior leasing and asset management responsibilities at leading real estate organizations such as Onyx Equities, Mack-Cali, The Lefrak Organization and The Gale Company. During his career, he has held leasing responsibilities for more than 10 million square feet of office space in over 50 buildings in Jersey City, Bergen County, and Morris County. With a proven record of success working collaboratively with corporate tenants and brokers, Decillis has worked on the strategic leasing and repositioning of assets across some of the largest portfolios in the state. Most recently, Brian was the vice president of leasing/asset management for Onyx Equities, where he held joint leasing responsibilities for the firm’s 1.4 million-square-foot Bergen County office portfolio.
