About
Brian Carolan is the Managing Director of Crossman & Company’s Investment Services Division. He primarily focuses on originating and executing commercial transactions throughout the southeastern United States. During his ten years at Crossman, Mr. Carolan has closed over $275 million in sales transactions representing such clients as LNR Partners, PNC Bank as well as many private investors.
Prior to joining Crossman & Company, Mr. Carolan worked as a commercial real estate Credit Analyst for Regions Bank. While at Regions he evaluated the creditworthiness of each development project his team was pursuing. Mr. Carolan analyzed over one hundred and fifty million dollars worth of office, retail, and multifamily loans.
Brian earned his Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida. He is an active member of ICSC and has served the community through the Ronald McDonald House Key Initiative Committee, the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida, and the University Club of Orlando Foundation.
