As AVP, Business Development, Brian Askey is responsible for fostering growth within McGuire Development’s existing portfolio and expanding their presence in Buffalo, as well as a focus on the Florida and Toronto marketplaces. Brian’s focus is on leasing the 4M SF portfolio, as well as building trusted relationships with tenants and stakeholders to provide all-inclusive corporate real estate services.
His ability to identify the proper partnership and acquisition opportunities has led him to serve as a dedicated team leader in generously expanding the Florida presence. Brian is focused on generating opportunities for our portfolio properties and potential new acquisitions, or developments in all three markets.
In addition to his portfolio and development responsibilities, Brian is well versed in both Tenant Representation and Owner’s Representation. His experience has made him a well-rounded member of the McGuire team. Notable projects he has working on during his tenure include Catholic Charities, IBM, UBMD Physicians’ Group, Athenex, and Buffalo City Mission.
