At Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Mr. Ahearn specialized in sales and leasing of industrial, office and investment properties. Brian was consistently recognized as one of the top 10 commercial agents for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in Florida. Some of the National awards he received while at Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT were Commercial Elite, Gold Circle of Distinction & Presidents Award. Mr. Ahearn was the 2019 President of the Broward County CCIM District and is currently on the Board of Directors where he has served since 2016.
