Brett Weiss Senior Associate / Leasing of HSP Real Estate Group, joined what was then EVO Real Estate Group in the fall of 2013 as part of EVO's launch of the Retail Division.
Brett is responsible for securing new locations for the tenants and in charge of prospecting and client development for his agency requirements.
Brett began his real estate career at JDF gaining knowledge and understanding of the retail industry and the ins and outs of hospitality leasing and sales. He has acquired an in-depth knowledge of all Manhattan sub-markets while serving as a tenant rep and landlord agent. Brett’s notable tenant rep leasing transactions include representing UFC Gym at 277 Canal Street where they secured their 13,000 sf Manhattan flagship. Brett also worked on behalf Five Points Academy to help them land their flagship at 148 Lafayette Street. As well he was responsible for helping Otto’s Tacos lease 131 Seventh Avenue South, Reviver at 303 Park Avenue South, and Glasgow Vintage at 331 East 9th Street.
