Brett Maze is a Senior Vice President with the Austin Commercial Retail Division of Weitzman. In this position, he specializes in general retail brokerage, including retail project leasing, retail tenant representation, investment sales and land sales throughout the Austin area.
Maze has represented several notable clients, including ShopCore, KIMCO, Colina West, Cousins Property Co., Lincoln Property Co. and LRIC. As a tenant representative, Maze’s clients include Wingstop, Massage Heights, The Gents Place, Pizza Patron, J-Prime Steakhouse, Dogtopia and Fast Signs.
