Brett Kingman is a Managing Director of Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales, based in the company’s Nashville, Tennessee, office. Mr. Kingman offers more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, including over a decade of practice in multifamily investment sales. He is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily property sales, with a concentration in the Southeast region.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Kingman served as Executive Vice President of CBRE’s Multifamily Investment Sales Group in Nashville, where he focused on the exclusive listing and sale of multifamily properties throughout Tennessee and the mid-South region. He has been involved in over $7 billion of sale transactions throughout his career.
Mr. Kingman has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker every year since 2009, and along with his business partner Russ Oldham, has received multiple NAIOP Brokerage Team of the Year and Multifamily Sale of the Year awards. He graduated from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a bachelor's degree in marketing.
