Representative transactions include Alameda Point (a $500 million redevelopment of the historic Alameda Naval Air Station), Gateway (884 apts in Anaheim), Hercules Bayfront (a 1,500-unit waterfront development in Hercules, CA), K2LA (476 apts in Koreatown, Los Angeles), One Santa Fe (438 apts with 80,000 sq. ft. of retail in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles), Soma788 (160 apts over a Whole Foods in San Francisco), Mosso (464 apts in San Francisco), Esprit II (a 585-apt development site with a 241-boat slip marina in Marina del Rey), and 1031 Walnut (a 900-apt development site in Fremont).
